How to submit a grievance

Email the article URL, the precise passage or media at issue, the nature of the complaint, your name and contact details, and supporting evidence. You may also use the Contact page and select Grievance.

Process

We aim to acknowledge a complete grievance within 24 hours and communicate a decision within 15 days, subject to the applicable framework and the information supplied. Urgent privacy, safety or legal concerns should be clearly marked.
